Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your The Skine Care purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy below.
Regular Item Returns
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return regular-priced items for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original, sealed packaging.
Please ensure you include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Important Note: You are responsible for the item's condition until it safely reaches our warehouse. We strongly advise holding onto all original packaging and invoices until you're fully satisfied with your products. Items returned without original manufacturer's packaging, or with damaged packaging, may be refused or returned to you, and you'll be responsible for the return postage cost.
Sale Items
All sales on discounted or promotional items are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please mail it to our warehouse. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
